The music staff of Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Marietta, depends on the reliability of our pianos for both rehearsals and worship. Mr. Allen has always provided excellent care in all areas of piano maintenance. He is dependable, conscientious, kind and always ready to offer sound advice about our instruments. We appreciate his skills so much we also have him service our home pianos and refer him regularly to our members.

Richard is a great guy who has always done an excellent job tuning or repairing all our piano’s here at the church as well as our personal piano in our home. He is very thorough and always on time. I highly recommend his services!!

When I bought my piano 15 years ago, Richard was the tuner who was sent from the store for my initial tuning. I immediately liked Richard, his easy-going nature and quality workmanship. Richard Allen is an honest, patient, and a professional expert in piano and tuning. He really takes his time even for a couple hours to get the tuning job done. All the students and the families love his work and character. He’s a fine gentleman and a blessing to the students and the community.
